Every week someone walks into Studio One and asks the same question: “wait, this is the same room from that other shoot?” It is!
A white-out commercial in the morning, a curtained podcast set in the afternoon, a full custom build by the end of the week. One room, as many looks as you can book it for. Here’s every layer of the transformation.
The Space

Strip everything away and Studio One is a 24’8” wide by 18’ deep, pre-lit, full-color cyc with another 10 feet of production space behind it. 24’8” x 28’ overall. Overhead sits a pre-lit, full-RGB lighting grid, connected through DMX to a blackout control system right on the wall. Fifteen cyc lights, six Sky Panels and an assortment of other lanterns.
The OS saves looks, runs lighting cues, and shifts the entire room in seconds: a clean full white-out, a saturated color wash, or any variation in between.
If your brand has a hex code, the room can wear it.
Along the entire cyc run two curtain rails. Not one, two. That means a full blackout wrap, any color curtain (we stock several in-house and can order anything else), or layered combinations like faux windows that turn a studio into a place.
That faux-window trick is how a Peacock companion podcast for Five Star Weekend and Kylie Kelce’s Not Gonna Lie podcast with guest Backstreet Boys both got sets that feel nothing like “a studio,” both built from a mix of our in-house props and custom-ordered pieces.
But some clients and projects demand walls. So we build. Full walls, partial walls, and set pieces move in and live on the cyc. Our art and set team can run the entire process from design to strike.
In addition to the great work they have done for us, our set and art team also design the sets for aftershows for franchises like Real Housewives, Summer House, and more.
Prefer your own builders? Outside teams are always welcome to build in our space. Either way, our plants, props, practical lights, and furniture are there to dress and offset everything.
One of our favorite ways to make great content is batch shooting. A client designs a custom set, we build it and light it, and then they film an entire season: multiple episodes a day, across a few days, a week, or multiple weeks.
Everything stays standing between shoot days: set dressed, looks saved to the board, ready the second you walk in. For that block of time it’s your own personal private studio, with the white-glove service that comes with it.
Every available in-house prop and piece of furniture is included with any rental: the chairs, the tables, the plants, the practicals.
Customize the set, bring your own pieces, mix and match. The room comes with its wardrobe.
Our entire building is built to adapt around a production. Viewing areas for the client team. Green rooms and wardrobe rooms for talent.
Overflow control rooms for larger live streams. A 20-person audience in Studio One. Cordoned-off areas for guests and talent who need their own space. Whatever the production needs, the building bends to fit it. That is the point.
