We love a good Conference Video Production project or large scale event. It’s something we are uniquely suited for as we run multiple teams at once, work with as much or as little oversight is needed depending on the production and resources and getting edits out same day or throughout an event.
Below are five of our favorite conference video production projects from events, conferences, activations and festivals. Our clients like Stagwell, NielsenIQ, RSM and more do amazing work at these events and we love documenting all the incredible things that they have going on. That can mean at times we are covering over five different activities at once, running interviews, editing and more to make sure we don’t miss a moment.

A four-day conference in Los Angeles, our NIQ corporate conference video productions are always a lot of fun! We were tasked with creating a marketing video for the following year, along with a real-time, on-location edit that would be shown to the attendees on the final day of the event.
This meant we had an edit team working on-site, capturing interviews, main stage panels, b-roll, and other elements, and working late into the nights to deliver as the event was still ongoing.
Bacardi “Next Level” Events are always something special! For last year’s event in Vegas we turned around daily recap videos, editing on site to make sure everyone was kept up to speed on what was going on each day.
We also took plenty of videos, did interviews, captured main stage content and were in every activation and moment throughout the four day corporate event video production!
While not technically a Conference, we could not leave Sport Beach 2024 off of our list. Our second year back at the Cannes Lions Festival for Stagwell and Team Enterprises. Stagwell outdid all expectations this year and went even bigger and better in 2024 after what was an amazing kickoff year in 2023.
Stagwell’s Sport Beach was the talk of the town and we were happy to be there to capture all of the event video coverage. From main stage content four to five hours a day, to 8 hours per day of constant interview and content studios running with athletes, executives and marketing experts, the content never stopped.
We turned around a sizzle daily of what happened that day at Sport Beach in addition to covering every single activation throughout the event, often 5 or 6 at a time.
We got the Kelsey brothers, a surprises appearance by Elon Musk and over 30k photos over the four days.
We love Austin, Texas and shooting at SxSw is always fun! Stagwell never doesn’t deliver and we were there to capture every interview, on-the-fly moment, experiential outing and panel.
If you love race cars, great films, awesome speakers and a team like Stagwell and Team enterprises to bring it all together, then you really don’t have to look much further. We worked fast, covered a lot and were sure that the content really helped show all of the awesome work that went into this event and Stagwell’s part of the excitement!
Our long term client RSM wanted a video that used authentic interviews and testimonials to drive their content for their SDI recap video. This was a large event and they wanted to hear directly from the men and women who knew it best. What they liked, it what it meant to them and the ways it changed their views moving forward.
These interviews or on the fly moment’s captured with attendees at events is always such a great way to get real moment’s from the people who are effected most directly by these large conferences. It can be a double benefit by using them for marketing as well as a way to learn directly from those attending about what they find most valuable about the events and activations!
