If you haven’t heard of Aaron Judge, you must not be a baseball fan. Then again, Judge does not fit the mold of your typical baseball player. Judge, a top prospect for the Yankees, is a mountain of a man. At 6’7’’ and 230 pounds, he could easily be mistaken for a football player. Instead of the physicality of football, Judge chose to put his strength behind striking baseballs. And that he has so far in 2016, Judge is hitting .343 and is making a push to play in pinstripes at Yankee Stadium in the near future. Check out the link at the bottom of the article to see our sports profile on Judge, who we interviewed for American Sports Network.
Another ASN sports profile we’ve created include a potential MLB star, Phillies prospect, J.P. Crawford. Crawford’s story focuses on his rise in the Phillies organization and his relationship to cousin and MLB All-Star, Carl Crawford. The younger Crawford talks about hearing from cousin Carl after he was drafted and words of wisdom given to him by his older cousin
Rockies outfielder David Dahl is a five tool prospect from Alabama who has battled his way to make it as the number two prospect in the Rockies system. Dahl has battled back from a ruptured spleen after an on field collision with a teammate. The collision caused Dahl to have the spleen removed, as a similar collision has an increased chance to rupture again.
As the 2016 baseball season is almost a month of the way through, there are plenty of opportunities to check out ASL Productions’ sports profile pieces on AmericanSportsNet.com.
