Big week at ASL: Livestreams, In-Studio Shoots, and Event Coverage Across North America
Last week was one of those milestone moments where everything we’ve built—from our studio infrastructure to our nationwide field production network—was in full motion. From NYC to Toronto to Liverpool, NY, we had teams rolling cameras on live broadcasts, brand campaigns, conferences, and more.
Let’s break it down.
🟣 Bravo Bravo F’ing Bravo — Livestream #6
We hit six months of housing Bravo Bravo F’ing Bravo the hit livestream hosted by Kate Chastain, and this one was one of our favorites so far! With a 20-person live audience, surprise guests, and full-scale studio operations, each month is a mini broadcast special. We manage:
A full tech team in-studio
An overflow “war room” linked to our control room
A remote guest system and multi-cam switch
Livestream delivery to thousands of fans
This project, in partnership with So Obsessed!, has become one of our flagship productions and a blueprint for what repeatable, high-production-value livestreams can look like in a controlled, studio environment.
🎥 Staffbase Voices Livestream – Year Two
Staffbase came to us to produce a full-day virtual conference livestream. This wasn’t just a stream—it was an event.
We designed and built a custom set inside our studio, had talent speak to remote guests (including Arianna Huffington and Malcolm Gladwell), and ran the entire production from our master control room. Our team handled:
Set design and fabrication
Lighting, staging, and pro audio
Multi-cam switching
Live editing and graphics
Remote guest routing and cueing
Day-of delivery to Staffbase’s platform
Catering and Crafty
It was a true all-hands production—and the second year in a row they’ve trusted ASL to bring their internal brand to life in a broadcast-quality format.
💼 Houlihan Lokey: Global Investment Banking Conference
We supported Houlihan Lokey’s Global Conference along with Meeting Tomorrow with event photography across a three-day global banking conference. What made this special was our ability to offer on-site retouching and daily photo delivery, enabling their teams to share polished content with clients and stakeholders during the event itself.
Photographer Megan Jolly, an ASL Favorite, was on-site each day, delivering edited selects directly to the client—fast, clean, and impactful.
🌐 Midnight: Consensus Crypto Conference (Toronto)
Our team flew to Toronto for three days of event coverage at the Consensus crypto conference, hosted at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre.
We handled interviews, b-roll, and wall-to-wall footage for our client Midnight. From major keynote moments to candid interactions, our team documented it all
🧰 Why This Week Matters
This kind of week is only possible because we’ve built for it:
Multiple in-house studios wired into a central control room
Pre-vetted crews across the country, ready to deploy
Live streaming, on-site editing, real-time delivery baked into our workflow
Flexible setups that scale from podcast to global conference
As in-person events come back in full force, brands are rethinking how they capture, share, and repurpose their content—and ASL is built to meet that moment.
Planning your next event, livestream, or campaign? Let’s talk about how we can help you scale your content production—whether in our NYC studio or anywhere your story takes us.

NYC Webinar Studio: Branded, Multi-Cam, Multi-Destination Webinar Production
Anyone can open a laptop and start a video call. That is not a webinar. A real webinar production looks like a broadcast: a branded set, multiple cameras, programmed lighting, clean audio, live graphics, and a technical producer or team in the control room running the cameras, audio and stream. From our NYC webinar studio […]
