We’ve been able to collaborate with new and recurring clients to help produce some of our best work to date. That being said, lets get right to what makes ASL, ASL….the work!
Recently ASL partnered with Gale Partners and their client, iconic ice pop company, Bomb Pop. We were tasked to help create a fresh, new social media campaign. Our crew packed up their gear and traveled to upstate New York for an exciting 2-day production.
Our team created videos that replicated the organic style of friends filming each other for social media apps such as Tik Tok and Instagram. We had three teenage cast members and an adult talent playing “mom” and filmed our scenes from their different perspectives.
Another interesting aspect of this shoot was creating stop motion photography assets. Our talented photography team worked with our production design department to create the specific look that Bomb Pop wanted for this campaign. The deliverables turned out spot on and Gale and Bomb Pop are thrilled with the results.
Thanks to our incredibly hard-working team, we created amazing content with Bomb Pop that will be used to show how ice pops are good in any season!
This past month we partnered with Hager Sharp to create a multi-part series where we talked to OB/GYNs about the “Hear Her” program. The CDC is promoting this video series which showcases how OB/GYNs encourage their patients to speak up about problems and concerns during pregnancy.
The first interview took place at Weill Cornell, in the heart of New York City. With only 2.5 hrs to load in, interview, and load out, ASL rose to the occasion and crushed this logistically challenging shoot!
Our next shoot location is in Liberty, Utah and then Atlanta. We are thrilled to be a part of this CDC program that is helping amplify women’s voices.
ASL covered a recent event with our client, RSM at their Excellence Conference which took place at the Chicago Marriott. This event focused on the next generation of accountants and was specifically centered around RSM’s CDI program, which stands for Culture, Diversity, and Inclusion.
Throughout the course of the weekend our crew came along with the team and traveled to fun spots all over the city. They captured footage of the recent grads at the Shedd Aquarium, and even got to see a Cubs game, watching from the Wrigley Rooftops adjacent to the stadium.
During the last weekend of July, we worked with our client, Set Creative who partnered with Coca-Cola to bring their music festival booth to life. We covered a total of 4 music festivals this summer with Set Creative, which concluded with Lollapalooza in Chicago, and Osheaga in Montreal.
Our crew had a blast capturing Coca-Cola’s interactive festival booth, as did the festival goers! This installation focused on how music can bring people together, and our photographers and camera ops did a wonderful job of capturing that!
Make sure you keep an eye out for our next update as we have a shoot with Intel highlighting their deep fake technology, more RSM conference coverage in Orlando and Anaheim and another town hall filming with our favorite cryptocurrency, NEAR.

ASL Studios: NYC’s Goldilocks Studio – Not Too Big, Not Too Small, Just Right
New York City has long been a hub for video production, with studios of all shapes and sizes scattered throughout the boroughs. Traditionally, the city has been home to many smaller, older studios—spaces that, while functional, often come with tight hallways, limited space for talent, clients, and guests, and outdated amenities. On the other end […]
